Description

Pre-vaccination Check-Up is a package of laboratory tests that includes:

Complete blood count (0665)
Determination of total immunoglobulin E (0435)
“Pre-vaccination” test panel (1388), which contains the following allergens: bovine gelatin (c74), egg ovalbumin (nGal d2), yeast (f45)

Indications

Recommended before vaccination to assess immune status, detect possible allergic reactions, and evaluate overall health. Helps the doctor determine the safety and appropriateness of vaccination.

Preparation

Exclude intake of cocoa, black tea, coffee, licorice, and alcohol 24 hours before the test.
Blood should be drawn fasting in the morning; drinking plain still water is allowed.
At least 12 hours should pass since the last meal.
Do not smoke for 30 minutes before the test.
Children under 1 year should not eat 30-40 minutes before the test.
Children aged 1 to 3 years should not eat 2-3 hours before the test.
Limit physical and emotional stress for 30 minutes before the test.
With doctor’s approval, discontinue medications 12 hours before the test.
