Sesame allergy is one of the most common childhood food allergies and often has a prolonged course. Beef allergen includes serum albumins, immunoglobulins, and muscle proteins, which can cause both inhalant and food allergies. Kiwi allergy can be true or false, with different reaction mechanisms, and mainly occurs in younger children. Timely detection of sensitization to these allergens helps prevent severe allergic reactions and manage the patient's condition.
