This analysis includes the following allergens: f49 green apple, f92 banana, f94 pear, f95 peach.

The test allows detection of sensitization to major fruit allergens such as the Mal d1 protein in apples, Pru p3 in peach, Mus a1-6 in banana, and Pyr c3 in pear. These proteins can cause various allergic reactions ranging from oral allergy syndrome to severe anaphylactic conditions. The test helps differentiate allergy types, identify cross-reactions, and determine individual patient risks.

  • Blood should be drawn in the morning on an empty stomach or 4 hours after eating.
  • Drinking plain still water is allowed.
  • Do not smoke for 30 minutes before the test.
  • For children under 1 year — no food 30-40 minutes before the test; for children 1-5 years — 2-3 hours fasting.
