Goat milk is often used as a substitute for cow's milk, especially in the diets of children with atopic dermatitis. The test allows for the detection of allergic sensitization to goat milk and assessment of the risk of allergic reactions.
Some children allergic to cow's milk may tolerate goat milk, but there is a risk of cross-reactivity between these allergens. Studies show that reactions to goat and sheep milk are milder than to cow and buffalo milk.

FEIA (Fluorescence Enzyme Immunoassay), ImmunoCAP (Solid-phase Immunofluorescence) – quantitative determination of sensitization to an allergen.
Please note that the research method and reference values may vary depending on the equipment and test systems used.
