The panel includes the detection of sensitization to major food allergens. The test allows identification of IgE antibodies responsible for allergic reactions, aiding in the diagnosis of food allergy in adult patients.

This package includes the following allergens: f3 cod, f4 wheat flour, f13 peanut, f14 soy, f17 hazelnut, f24 shrimp, f84 kiwi, f85 celery.

This test helps identify sensitization to food allergens, which is fundamental for diagnosing food allergy in adults.
Cod: the major allergen Gad c1 causes IgE-mediated reactions, including anaphylaxis and other allergy symptoms.
Wheat flour: allergens Tri a19, Tri a14 cause both inhalation and food allergies, including exercise-induced anaphylaxis.
Peanut: heat-stable proteins Ara h 1, 2, 3, 6 trigger severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis.
Soy: molecular allergens Gly m 4, 5, 6 can cause systemic reactions, including anaphylactic shock.
Hazelnut: Cor a 1, 8, 9, 14 cause symptoms ranging from itching to severe anaphylactic reactions.
Shrimp: allergen Pen a1 is responsible for severe allergic reactions, often with cross-reactivity to other crustaceans.
Kiwi: allergens Act d1 and Act d8 cause local and systemic allergic reactions.
Celery: stable proteins Api g 1, 5, 7 can cause severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis.
